My journey with OM SYSTEM began in 2007 when I bought my first serious camera: the Olympus E-410, together with several Olympus Four Thirds lenses. That camera marked the beginning of my passion for wildlife and nature photography

Why I shoot with OM-SYSTEM.

After many years of shooting with Olympus, I eventually followed the same path as many other photographers and switched to full-frame. For several years I photographed with Nikon, ending up with the Nikon Z8 and Nikon Z9, paired with the NIKKOR Z 180-600mm and the impressive NIKKOR 600mm FL f/4.

The image quality was outstanding, and the system performed exceptionally well. However, over time I realized that it no longer matched the way I wanted to photograph wildlife. Traveling with such a large and heavy setup was challenging, and I often relied on a tripod, which made it more difficult to react instantly when wildlife presented those unpredictable, split-second opportunities.

That experience made me rethink what really matters in my photography. Mobility, speed, and freedom in the field became more important than carrying the biggest setup. Those were the main reasons why I decided to return to OM SYSTEM, a system that allows me to move faster, react instinctively, and spend long days in nature without really compromising on image quality, its outstanding.

If you have any questions about my gear, camera settings, or wildlife photography in general, feel free to get in touch. I'm always happy to share my experience and help fellow photographers get the most out of their equipment. Photography is a passion best shared, and I'd be glad to help you on your journey.
